Pair. Used to trim & hide exhaust cover mounting hardware. Correct length, hole size & location on each end for the screw placement. Several variations throughout the production of the GM parts: The part was serviced through GM until approx. 2005. The service part varied from known originals in the area of the "overlap" of material at each end. Ours is exact to the original.
